Q: Registration Substitutions

Registration slots are non-transferable from one company to another; however, substitutions within companies are welcome at any time. Please email Shelly O’Neill or Kayla Firriolo if you would like to make a registration substitution.

Q: Registration Cancellation Policy

Registration cancellations received in writing will be accepted up to 30 days (January 28) prior to the start of the conference for a full refund. Cancellations after January 28 and “no shows” will not be refunded.

Q: Meeting Room Only and One-Day Badges

All badges are considered “full access.” We consider meetings just as much a part of the conference program as sessions, we do not offer meeting room only or one-day badges.

Q: Attire

Attire is generally business casual.
